Default Stuck in Run
Model Number: DU1055XTPQ4   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 1 - 5 years

DW starts, and runs, and runs, and runs ( more than an hour). then it shuts down with out changing to rince or dry. Hit "Cancel/Drain" it drains and runs and runs and runs. I shut it down for fear of burnning somthing up.
HELP PLEASE figuring out what is going on not just changing boards, hoping for the best.
(had to buy a new TV earlyer in the week, don't want to buy another appalince to start the new year)

HAPPY NEW YEAR from Wally

Hi Wally,

Most likely the problem is the control board.

- The part number for the control board is AP4309110

Good luck and Happy New Year!

Gene.

Did it run for more then 2 minutes after you hit "Cancel/Drain"?

Gene.
