I found many posts for problems with dishwasher not cleaning properly but I can't nail this. I have checked the following:
1.)Spray arm works(glass on top rack fills with water)
2.)Water level covers bottom but still about half inch from heating element(not sure if that is enough)
3.) Water temp is barely lukewarm even though hot water at faucet is scalding hot(Is there a part that controls water temp?)
4.) I have cleaned filter screen with vinegar. I have taken all parts out down to basin that covers the pump. I see NO way to remove this basin(cover) on my model 66513122k701.

The dishwasher seems to be cycling through and working otherwise, but dishes have a film and food is still present on dishes in top and bottom racks. This DW used to clean great.
Any other suggestions? Please help Thanks!
