Wrong size latch
Model Number: mdb7601awb Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
Received a new latch assembly for the dishwasher. The new latch is larger than the original and will not fit and allow the door to latch. I talked to tech support and they confirmed that the part ordered was the right part for my model dishwasher and had no explaination why the new latch was larger. I am now waiting for a response from the research dept. Has any one had this problem or have a solution.
