Kenmore Elite Dishwasher Motor Replacement
Model Number: 665-13753K600 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
My Kenmore dishwasher recently started being very loud during the wash cycle. I've checked the chopper/masher and there doesn't seem to be any hard debris. I also pulled the chopper and the teeth look fine, so my current thinking is that I need to replace the motor due to bad bearings.
Does this seem reasonable? Does anybody have the tech sheet which describes the replacement process? I've seen some tech sheets for Whirlpool dishwashers, so I would assume that the process is basically identical. This is, however, a tall-tub model, where the door takes up almost the entire front. Is it possible to replace the motor in this model w/o removing the dishwasher? Related Models
