How does one run the system diagnostics?

Several things are happening.

1. Pick a wash cycle close the door and the washer fills up but does not run. Open the door and close again then the washer starts.

2. Sometime it runs the cycle but the soap door does not open.

3. Sometime it runs the cycle, the soap door opens but the soap capsule isn't dissolved.

Remove the access panel below the door and look for the tech sheet.
It will tell you how to run diagnostics. If you can't find it I maybe able to find one for you if you post the full model number.

I'm guessing that by "the access panel below the door " you are talking about the kick plate that has the leveling screws directly behind it. There is nothing that looks like a tech sheet there.

The Model number is KUDS01FL / 8531535 as printed on the paper work that I have and the numbers on the plate inside top of the door are 8531654.

I have found a copy of the Product Registration Form. This may help. Model is KUDS01FLSS1 and the Serial Number is FP20119696
