I bought a used Bosch that appears to run correctly in all the right ways except one. It doesn't drain. When it gets to a point where I'm expecting it to drain I am able to open the door and see good water action, but no water is leaving the bin.

The rotor blades are moving and it appears that the drain pump is running, but none of the water is being directed to the opening connected to the drain line.

I haven't owned a Bosch previously so I don't know what I'm missing. I believe there must be some direction flow housing that's missing. The fact that the water in the bin is bubbling quite a bit makes me think the water just needs to be directed to the drain hole itself.

Any ideas if there's a replacement part for this?
