Hello -

I replaced twice a door seal in my 2 1/2 years old Kitchen Aid dishwasher and they continue falling off when opening the door. The problem starts upon +/- 20 washing cycle. The original seal got broken after around two years of use. The replacements received from AppliancePartsPros were easy to push into the groove, I thought a bit too easy. Also, visually the original seal appeared thicker. However, the Tech Support Staff informed me the parts I got were correct. I raised the issue to their attention today again, and the only advise I got was to ask for an advance on the Forum.....

So, any ideas? Should I be using some sort of glue or just take a mallet and hummer the groove to hold the seal....?
