My Whirlpool Quiet Partner II doesn't wash properly
Model Number: DU1100 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
My Whirlpool doesn't show any lights until I hit the Heat Dry/Normal 4 times. Then it resets itself and seems to switch between normal and rinse only. Then after 20 minutes the machine shuts down back to no lights again and the dishes are not clean. Its only used about once a month and is only about 3 years old. Is there perhaps another reset sequence I can use? Thank you so much. Christmas is coming up and we would like to put it to work...
