I have a WhirlPool dishwasher. I recently replaced the thermal fuse. I did not replace the harness (wires) After three loads the fuse has blown again. Question: Is it necessary to replace the harness? If the fuse continues to blow...What are the next steps? I have checked power suplly, switch etc...all seem ok

Question: Is it necessary to replace the harness?

Yes it is necessary. The reason being is that the old wire harness can have bad connection and bad connection can create heat. To much heat is what opens the thermal fuse.
