Dirty Dishes

Brand: Bosch Age: 1 - 5 years

Hi there,

My Bosch Dishwasher is leaving the dishes and cups grainy and dirty.

I have checked and replaced the filters but I cannot replace the 'Fine Filter Plate'

Unless it appears upside down!

Is it supposed to look upside down or is this the reason that its not cleaning properly now? It just can't slot it nicely :-(
