Washer quit working today during a wash load. The washer sounds like it is draining. this sound does not stop until you push the stop button. I unplugged the machine and tried restarting. The washer begins to fill but the drum wil not turn. Tried restarting with the spin option. Washer drained but drum not turning. Took the back panel off the machine. The belt is on the pulley and turns freely. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi,

See if you can find the tech sheet in the top control panel.
Try and run it through diagnostics using the tech sheet.

Could be a bad motor control board.
