So appearantly the vibration from the dishwasher over time rubbed through the wires in the junction box (where you hook it to power in the bottom right area) and shorted out.

I replaced the connections and I get power, it turns on and I can hear the pump going and the water coming in.... but no lights on the control board to select which wash cycle I want to use. I am almost 100% sure the control board is not working properly.

1) My question is when I replace that module (part number 640161) Do I need to program it as well?

2) And if so how? Do I need to purchase a programmer or special wire to connect to my laptop?

3) Are there any other issues common to a short that I need to be aware of? Should I replace something else as a matter of precaution or in conjunction?

Thank you in advance for any and all help.
