The washer arm in the bottom of my dishwasher won't spin. The water shoots up out of it but it won't spin. Where do I begin on how to repair it & what part do I need to purchase to fix it? Not sure if the spray tower is working but I know for sure the spray arm isn't spinning! HELP PLEASE:o

I would check #6 in the diagram, pump filter. It may need cleaning or replacement.
