With 1 broken "door balance link" to be replaced, is it wise to also replace both springs at the same time??

Also, is this "balance link" replacement easy to complete, or would it be wiser just to call for service? Sure like to save the big bucks if possible.

These parts are not too difficult to replace yourself. You have to pull the dishwasher about half way out of the cabinet to access them. I do not think you have to replace the springs if they are not damaged.
