Dear richappy
Thanks for your reply, but my unit has no "heated dry" button. Mine has Delay Start, Rinse Dry, China Crystal, Normal, Pots & Pans, Soak & Scour, Hi-Temp Scour, Sani Rinse, Air Dry and Cancel buttons only. Also how do you check the water temperature? How do you get to Keypad ribbon cable in order to unplug it? Do you have to open the control panel? Thanks

Most likely the problem with your dishwasher is a stuck pad on the control panel. The new control panel will help to get back in business.
