Model Number: DWU7402AAE Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years
We are getting water leakage sometimes (not every time) coming from the front door of the dishwasher. I am trying to disassemble some of the parts that you see at the bottom when you open the front door of the dishwasher to see if anything is blocking the drain.
I found that I could easily remove many of the parts to get to what is shown in the image here. Question #1) Water is coming up to the spot where the arrow points to, even with the dishwasher off. Is that normal? Question #2) Also, I can't figure out yet how to remove the part that is circled with a green circle. I've got the right tool to unscrew that bolt or whatever it is called that seems to be holding it down, but when I rotate it, it does not come out. What am I missing? Thanks very much in advance to all for any info! ![]() Ads By Google Related Models |
