BURNT Dishwasher control board - replace?
Model Number: JDB8910AWB Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 5 - 10 years
My dishwasher is dead. I looked at the control board and there is a component on it that melted/burned. Should I assume the control board failed on its own and just replace it? Is there any chance something else failed and caused the board to fail? It concerns me a little that I smelled smoke and the board melted but the house circuit breaker never tripped.
