dishwasher
Model Number: DU4500B Brand: Magic Chef Age: More than 10 years
The lower arm does not turn freely. I have taken it apart as far as the arm support. I cannot get that part to come off. I believe the plastic ring under it may be broken or is not in place. Because of this situation the underside of my dishes are getting stuck with food. There is no food or other things that would impead the turning of this arm.
