My profile dw used to clean super well. Over the last few months, I have gotten a gritty residue on the upper rack items. Drains well.

I have noticed when it acts up that there is some sort of food particle blocking the spray arm jets both upper and lower.

Sometimes corn kernels, macaroni, anything like that.

I dont understand how this all gets past the sump filter.

One other note: This is the 2nd home for this dw. 1st home was city water and now on well water (softener). Using electrasol tabs with the spotting agent pellet built in.

Where do I start?
