Hello,

I'm trying to find help on unclogging my GE Profile Quiet Power 4 dishwasher. I noticed the pooled water in the base recently and after sucking it up and clearing what few food particles I found around the drain filter basket it still doesn't drain. I ran a test "Rinse" 10 minute cycle to observe and during the drain phase I put my ear to the sink drain and could hear a tiny trickle of water. If I'm right then that tells me that the system is trying to drain but that it's just clogged.

I've confirmed that the disposer (that it's connected to) is clear and drains properly. I didn't see any clog in the drain hose that's connected to the disposer.

I tried to remove the drain filter basket but I could only pry up the right side as the left side was still attached. Can it be removed?

Has anyone had to unclog this model before? Are there any diagrams showing how to disassemble the right parts to gain access to the clog?
