Sorry I don't know where to look for the model number. Please let me know where to locate this info.
THE DISHWASHER SPINDEL in the center of the dishwasher, THAT PUMPS THE WATER UP TO THE TOP OF THE DISHWASHER IS FREEZING UP.
We can get this to work, and then in 2-3 loads it starts all over again.
Every time this happens, there is water left in the washer, and the dishes have to be re-washed.
When working, there appears to be a piece of plastic that may be broken, that works itself upword and springs outward , jamming the spindle. I can push this piece back in and down, and of course that frees the spindle.........??? Should we try to glue this piece down?

Another thing is that it starts leaking "sometimes" on the left front side only toward the end of the cycle. I have checked the seal and made sure it was clean but this does not seem to stop the leaking when it decides to do this.
What needs to be done to fix this problem and is it something I can do myself?
Is it going to require a new part?
We are an older couple and live on our SS so we need to try to fix this ourself.
Any help is appreciated.
