No water entering

Model Number: gsd3220z02bb Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a G3 dishwasher that is not filling with water. I have tested the water inlet valve with a mutlimeter and am getting around a 10 volt reading on the meter. I am trying to figure out what part is needed to repair this issue a timer or one of the switches that are installed in the unit. Please advise and thank you.
