You can hear water running in, the heating elements comes on, you can hear the motor, but the water never sprays the dishes. I ran it 3 times yesterday in different cycles, but the sprayers never moved. When you open the door after the cycle, the hot steam comes out, but the dishes are still soiled and only wet from the steam...
I don't have the model or serial # on me, but could have it tomorrow if that helps.
