It could be two things causing such problem: no power to the wash pump motor or the motor itself is bad. Remove the wire plug from the motor and check for the 120V when the timer is on wash cycle. If there is no power then check the wires and the plug at the timer. If this is not an issue replace the timer. The part number for the new timer is AP3214744
If there is a proper power to the motor then the problem with your dishwasher is a bad wash pump motor. If your dishwasher is less then 5 years old then it could be under limited manufacturer warranty. Call Frigidaire with the model and the serial numbers and they will tell you. If the dishwasher is more then 5 years old I do not recommend you to repair it yourself. I've seen many times when it's not possible to install the pump back after repair because the plastic tub got warped.
Good luck.
Gene.
