Model Number: 11-24622300   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years   
my washer filled up and will not do anything else. What is wrong??

The first thing I would check is the lid switch.

Default washer wont drain
take the hoses off the water pump and check inside for damage or see if something is stuck in the pump. Is the timer running?
