Maytag Neptune Washer Machine
Model Number: MAH4000AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
Hello, my maytag neptune washer machine, does fill with water, but does not tumble in any cycle. I was told that it could be the machine control board or the motor control board. When its filling up it does a click noise on top and stops. How could I troubleshoot the boards, and what kind of tools would I need? I open the back where the machine control board is, I can hear the click in the lower right corner of the board. When it wants to tumble the machine just stops. I am in need or repair this machine, new ones are too expensive right now. Any one please help. Thanks.
