The Start/Reset button on keypad will not work. Everything else on the keypad functions fine. Do I replace the keypad? I noticed another thread where cleaning the contacts was suggested for a similar problem. Could it be a problem with the control module?

Most likely the problem is a bad key pad but there is a small chance for the control module to be bad too.

- The part number for the key pad is AP3794492
