Model Number: GSD2200G00BB Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Just replaced the motor/pump assembly on a GE GSD2200G00BB and noticed their is standing water left in the bottom of the unit after the cycle completes. This did not happen with the previous motor/pump assembly.
I hear the solenoid activate and have verified that water is flowing out of the drain hose. I removed the air gap and checked for clogs. Water is flowing with a good amount of force to the air gap and no clogs down to the drain. Unit appears to be operating correctly, however water is still left in the bottom of the tub. Does this model have a piston and nut assembly? I could not find one looking through the parts breakdown. What else should I be checking? Ads By Google Related Models |
