Model Number: MDB6000AWW Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years
I have a Maytag MDB6000AWW dishwasher. I determined that the water valve was faulty so I replaced it. I am still finding that on occasion it will not fill to the proper water level once the pump starts. I suspect that it may be the timer at fault. The micro switches and float system seem fine. My thinking is that there is a contact in the timer that will allow the water level to fill during the wash cycle and that this may be faulty. Any thoughts or experiences that can be shared would be great.
Just to be clear, the dishwasher does fill, but occasionally will not "top up" once the pump starts leaving less than the required amount of water to properly clean. Maybe it should fill initially to a higher level? Thanks, Rob Ads By Google Related Models |
