Have a problem with a piece of broken glass in pump & it is now creating a loud grinding noise.. Needs instructions on removing pump assembly to possibly remove glass or replace pump..Thank You....... Jim B

Sorry the only format I have is PDF (Acrobat Reader)
I tried the link and it downloads OK for me but then I use Firefox not Explorer.
Try giving it some time especially if you have other stuff downloading.
