Hi all,

I have a Thermador dishwasher DW44ZS/16 that does not drain completely after a wash. I checked all the hoses and connections for blockages and they are all clear.

I also checked the drain tube height and it is above 20". So next I took out the dishwasher and cleaned the pressure valves and then put it back in the counter. It worked once and then did not drain completely again

I took out the drain pump and tested the resistance - it was ~ 17 ohms, so it is ok (should be ~ 16.5 ohms according to repair guide found here).

I got water in the plastic pan under the dishwasher tub when I took out and replaced the drain pump and the pump ran continuously until i removed the water. So I know the pump works.

But again there is water above the metal filter and it does not drain.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Ed
