Model Number: gu2275xtvy1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
The dishwasher is just over 1 year old. The door has recently lost most of it's resistance so when opened it wants to fall downward. I have checked the springs and the bushing for the door spring and they are all good on both sides. Whe I increase the tension of the springs to just one notch tighter the door when fully open wants to start pulling upward. Are there any other adjustments or parts that can be causing this issue?
