Door won't close and latch
Model Number: pdb3600awe Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
This is my first time here. I am trying to find out why the door wont latch. I would like to repair it myself if I can get some help. Thank You.

The first thing I would check if anything is stuck or interfere between the door and the door frame.
Check the door latch (#8 on the tub break down diagram). Remove the inner door panel and check the switch holder (#5 on the control panel break down diagram). - Here are the break down diagrams for the Maytag dishwasher Model PDB3600AWE Post your findings. Gene.
