No Water Pressure To Top Washer Arm


I Have Removed The Lower Wash Arm But Can Not Remove The Feed Cap It Now Looks Like The Feed Cap Is Part Of The Top Of The Accumalator. There Are 3 Screws On The Top Of The Accualator But That Did Not Help.
