The bottom spray arm does not spin during wash. The spray holes are clear and it spins freely by hand. Any suggestions.

Take the wash arm off and make sure there are no holes in it that are not suppose to be there. This can cause the water to spray out the wrong hole making it not spin. Also if the housing below the wash arm may be cracked or have a hole in it causing the same thing. Hope this helps!! Dishwasher Not Cleaning Repiar Guide

Could be the pump is starving for water or a problem with the pump itself.

Starving could be caused by a water inlet valve problem or dirty filters.
Check the water level after a fill, it should be just under the heating element. Not sure of correct level on this unit perhaps someone else will confirm/deny this.
Often caused by a partially blocked inlet filter screen in the valve.

Dirty filters check and clean.

Pump you will have to take it apart and check.
