Dishwasher not cleaning

My dishwasher sounds like it is cleaning, but when I open the door the water is barely shooting out of the washer arms. The dishwasher fills with water and goes through the motions then empties out, but never washes. I have very hard water and have trouble keeping the calcium from bulding up on the washer arms, etc. I have to take the washer arms out and soak them in CLR to keep the holes clear. Any suggestions, or is it "new" dishwasher time?

Remove approximately 8 screws from the cover below the spray arm and check for debris clogging the area below.Also check the impeller for excessive wear.
Click on your model number in this thread for a schematic breakdown of your machine/parts and order of placement.

Thanks - That remedied the problem. All of my filters were clogged with lime and debris. We are cleaning again!
