Model Number: KUDR24SEWHO Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
The original problem is when you start a wash cycle you hear the solenid click but the washer doesn't get water inside. You can restart it 3-5 times before it will finally get the water to the washer. I was told it was the panel switch and the control board. I'm curious which is the more probable culprit of the two.

Hi Avogel
The first thing I would do is to check the water inlet valve. remove the bottom panel and check the solenoid for a continuity, then check if the 120V is coming to the water inlet valve at the fill up time. If the power is coming then the water valve is bad and has to be replaced. If there is no power then check wires and if everything else fine then replace the control board. - The part number for the water inlet valve AP2921090 - The part number for the control board AP3133674 Good luck. Gene.
