dishwasher completely shut down

the unit shut down during last cycle before completely finishing. none of the lights on the panel come on, i check breaker and it was not tripped. I am reading it may be the thermal fuse? or could it be something else. I replaced the panel about 6-8 months ago. Thanks.

Florida,

You're on the right track, If the unit is dead, you do want to start at the thermal fuse and door switches up in the control panel.

The thermal fuse should have a constant "closed" circuit, and the door switch circuit will open then close, when the switch plunger is pressed and released, when checking with a multi meter.

Good Luck,
:) :) :)
