My door will not stay shut. I purchased a new latch door and installed it and it still doesn't work. I tried adjusting the metal latch and it seemed to help a little, but after a few minutes or when the cycle starts it, opens. What else can I do? The works great, just can not keep the door closed.

P.S. Bought the door latch and door link from you and had great service.
Will recommend to others.

A couple of things to check,

Are the door hinges or door panel bent, like somone stood or fell on the door panel.

Do the racks, both roll back into the tub and leave enough clearance from the ends of the track and racks, so there's no pressure against the door when it is closed and latched.

You may have to check the back wall of the dishwasher, to see if it may be bowed in towards the spray arms, or damaged. and replace the door seal.
