Our dishwasher is something over one year old and appears to be crashing. The control display shows different times remaining, it ends up with water in the bottom of it and never really stops making noise.

How is it I paid major bucks for a dishwasher thatnever made it to two years old. My old GE was running good when a dumped it and bought this new fancy one.

I see a recall at Bosch and it sounds like mine is doing the same things as those but they tell me I am not included in the recall.

Any ideas.

PS: I am newly unemployed and don't really have money for an expensive repair.

Thanks for your help.

Check the manufacturer warranty on your dishwasher. Most of major parts (control module, circulation pump, etc) should be covered for two years. You still have to pay for labor.

If there is no warranty at all then we need the complete model number of the dishwasher. You can find it on the right side of the door.
