Model Number: WU204 Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
I removed the pump/motor from my Maytag dishwasher. Pretty sure i have everything cleaned out and working at this point, but when i re-installed the pump/motor, i get leaks around each of the screws holding the pump to the tub.
There are rubber seals on each of the screws which are intact. After they first leaked, i have tried a little dab of TFE paste on each of the screws, but it's still leaking. at each screw. I have tried tightening the screws, but much tighter and i think i risk damaging the plastic pump assembly. Any suggestions? Is there a sealant i should be using? Ads By Google Related Models |
