Frigidaire GLDB656JS0 Gallery dishwasher. Drains OK, Fills OK. Observed with door open. Won't spray water through either lower or upper arm.
With pump out, using jumper cables to the motor plug jacks, motor rotates the impeller very fast. With motor installed and again using jumper cables to the motor and with a gallon of water in the basin the impeller churns the water, i.e., the motor seems OK
However, when I try to wash dishes using the timer-controller, the impeller barely turns during the wash cycle and as a result no water is sprayed.
