Default Bosch DW runs down to #1 and runs and runs

I change the impeller. Now the machine runs from 65 or 85 minutes down to 1 and runs and runs. If you cancel the cycle by power scrub plus and regular wash it pumps out in a minute or two and then shows CL. I check the water sensor to make sure it was secure and wiring intact. I tried to check the test cycle by pushing the PSP & RW then power on, but the buttons did not flash above? It went into the PSP program. Pushing each of the other buttons the numbers changed. I then pushed the PSP & RW button and it's running a cycle. Not sure what to do now?
