Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
My daughter's Kenmore dishwasher was unable to clean 11" diameter dinner dishes because the water wand seemed to stop against the top of the dishes during the wash and rinse cycle. She recently purchased 101/2" dishes and was hoping that the 1/2" difference would do the trick. She tried rotating the wand with her hand and apparently the wand still rubs the top of the of the 101/2' dishes. Question: Doesn't water pressure elevate the wand? I asked her to push the center of the wand upward and she said that when she does that, the wand does clear the dish.
