Not enough water enters in to the dishwasher at beginning of each cycle.

Here are your parts
Model DU900PCDB5 The water inlet valve has a filter screen on its input side, perhaps this is partially plugged. Check and clean. Do not remove it, it is there to prevent crud from getting into the valve, holding it open and causing a flood.
