Dishwasher Repair

I have a Whirlpool Quiet Partner III. Over the years its seems to be getting noisier when it is running. In both the wash and rinse cycle.When we first got it, it was quiet, now its loud and you can hear it run in another room. Any ideas, thanks...Lenny

Hi,

Check the food chopper first.
Also remove the front panel and look at the floor to see if there is any signs of leaking around the motor.

The motor is towards the back and hard to see, but at times you will see a drop or two on the floor directly below the motor.

If the motor seal is leaking then you will need to replace the motor.

But chances are it's just someting stuck in the food chopper.
