My Titon is going on 8 years old. Five of the eight wheels on the bottom rack are missing. When the rack is loaded and in it doesn't drain all the way. When I remove the bottom rack it drains fine. I have located the wheels and axel replacements. Before I pay for shipping is there anything else I need to check for wear, and replace that may be causing the drain issue? I browsed many of the previous questions regarding this brand but did not find any with this model number.
