my kenmore dw stoped after draining. the green clean led display light is flashing. It will not take any clean comands. ( ex. push normal wash it lights up then when push start the start button flashes red for a few seconds and nothing happens. How ever when I push the cancel button it attempts to drain when no water in the dw. I checked the closing latch it is working. I disconected the ribbon cable connection to the board and cleaned with a pencil eraser. The results no change. what do you suggest? thank you. eric.
