Kenmore front loader is leaving dark marks on contents. At first I suspected the clothes were getting hung up on the black rubber seal during the spin cycle but the one load in particular left black "dots" all over where the towels were pressed against the tub walls during the high speed spin cycle. Nothing looks suspicious under the washer where the moter is. What is causing this?

The first thing I would do is clean the washer using the Affresh, the cleaning solution specially designed for a front load washers.

Affresh was not the answer. Lesson learned...only use 1-2 tsp of H.E. detergent with these washers. Oversudsing has caused the bushing in the rear of the drum to burst and the oil was from the bearings. The repair costs exceed the washer's value.
