The soap dispenser does not always open during the wash cycle--The dishes come out streaked, not always clean, and with a whitish residue. ---I had a repair man out and he suggested that I needed a new dispenser. I purchases the dispenser....I have removed the old one and I am trying to install the new one. ---The problem is that I cannot push the new dispenser in hard enough so that it will "latch" and catch on the tabs....any suggestions would be appreciated
